Privacy Policy
Learn how IQ Checker XYZ protects your personal privacy, handles advertising cookies (including Google AdSense), safeguards assessment responses, and complies with international privacy laws.
1. Overview & Commitment to Privacy
At IQ Checker XYZ (accessible via https://iq-checker-xyz.com), the privacy of our visitors is one of our core operational priorities. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that are collected, recorded, and utilized by IQ Checker XYZ and how you can exercise control over your personal data.
Our website operates as a free, open-access cognitive self-assessment platform. We do not operate paywalls, we do not require user account registration, and we do not collect or sell personal contact information.
3. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with our platform, the information we collect falls into two categories:
A. Information You Provide Voluntarily
- Optional Age Bracket Selection: Prior to viewing assessment results, participants may voluntarily select a general age bracket (e.g., "18–24", "25–34") to benchmark their score against Wechsler age-normed curves. This data is not linked to any personal identifier.
- Support Inquiries: If you contact us directly via our contact channels, we may receive your email address, name, and the contents of your message to provide technical assistance.
B. Automatically Collected Technical Metadata
When you browse our website, our server infrastructure automatically logs standard technical metadata, including your IP address, browser user-agent, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamp.
4. Zero Personal Assessment Retention Model
Unlike traditional evaluation platforms that store test answers and link them to permanent user profiles, IQ Checker XYZ enforces an ephemeral, zero-retention data architecture:
- Volatile Memory Computation: Raw question selections are transmitted over encrypted TLS 1.3 to compute your Gaussian score and domain spider breakdown in volatile server memory.
- No Database Profiling: We do not store a permanent relational record of your individual question selections, mistakes, or IP address.
- Local Storage Certificates: Your test attempt count and previous set histories are stored strictly inside your browser's local sandbox (
localStorage) on your own device. You can clear this data at any time by wiping your browser cache.
5. Server Log Files & Web Beacons
IQ Checker XYZ follows a standard procedure of utilizing log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.
These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information to maintain optimal server performance and prevent DDoS attacks.
6. How to Manage & Opt Out of Advertising Cookies
You maintain complete control over how advertising cookies are stored on your device. You can exercise your privacy preferences through several methods:
Disable personalized ads directly through your Google Account.
Manage Google Ads ↗Opt out of multiple third-party advertising networks in one place.
Visit NAI Opt-Out ↗Block third-party cookies globally in Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.

- The Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or complete incomplete information.
